Once your payment is processed, you will receive:

• Access to your personalized coaching schedule and program materials
• Support via [phone, video, email, or app] based on your selected plan

Coaching sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability and begin promptly after onboarding.

Clients typically gain access to their program within 24–48 hours of payment. If you experience any delays or need assistance, please contact our support team at OmegaWeightLossCa@gmail.com

All purchases are final, and we do not offer refundsfor any coaching programs, packages, or services.

Due to the nature of our personalized coaching and the time committed by our team, we are unable to provide refunds under any circumstances. Please enroll only if you are ready to commit to your wellness journey.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited without credit or rescheduling.
